For three generations, VINMER has embodied excellence and innovation in the manufacture of tools and equipment for construction, signage, and roadworks. Founded in 1963 in the heart of the Plastics Valley in Oyonnax (Ain), the company is now run by Philippe and Mireille, accompanied by their son Julien, who joined the family business in 2018.
A committed family business, VINMER relies on a team of 35 employees working in specific areas to guarantee impeccable expertise and quality.
Local and comprehensive production
VINMER controls every stage of manufacturing, from design to production, thanks to its state-of-the-art industrial facilities:
- 10 injection molding machines ranging from 90 to 700 tons, enabling manufacturing tailored to a variety of needs.
- A screen printing workshop offering customized solutions and high-quality finishes.
- A large inventory, ensuring immediate availability for our customers in France and internationally.
Our expertise is reflected in products designed entirely in-house:
- Building equipment, such as our trowels, guarantee reliability and robustness.
- Signaling products: beacons/posts, widely used in both highway infrastructure and construction.
Since 2022 (2023 / 2024 / 2025), our company has been awarded the first European label that recognizes the efforts of plastics manufacturers to promote the circular economy and the integration of recycled plastics into production.
A responsible approach
VINMER fully integrates recycling into its production processes. Raw materials from production waste are crushed and reused in the manufacture of cones, ensuring an approach that is both sustainable and economical. This approach illustrates our commitment to the environment and sustainable development, which are core values of our business.

VINMER works closely with GLODIS, our main commercial partner based in Paris. In addition to the products manufactured in our factory, we are also the exclusive distributor in France for the Arrow, Gloria, and Tayg brands.
